Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is an advantage but not mandatory
Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
