Plumbing Expert

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing installation and maintenance, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or foreman role.

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution. Possession of a valid Plumber License is an added advantage.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, piping, and water supply systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring high productivity and quality workmanship.

Compliance: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective on-site solutions.

Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with site management and reporting progress.
