Job Title: Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Department: Front Office / Guest Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Requirements

Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (especially for international/EU roles)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests
• Manage reservations
• Handle guest inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments
